Beautiful natural wine on the Xinomavro grape, only sold in very few countries, other than Denmark.

Xinomavro grapes from a single vineyard planted 54 years ago on a slope at the edge of Trilofos village, at an altitude of 200 metres, with a warm climate tempered by the Mediterranean winds and by the air flowing down from Vermio mountain and relatively low temperatures despite the low altitude

The grapes are 50% destemmed, fermented with indigenous yeasts and macerated for 30 days. Aged 6 months in second-use, 500-litre French oak barrels with no added sulfites.
