Pet Nat sparkling wine, made on 100% Roditis grapes, with a very impressive and soft bubble structure and juicy, fruity aromas and taste.

Small batch wine produced from organic grapes, grown at an altitude of 850m, hand-picked from non-irrigated bush vines.

Tetramythos Wines Pet Nat Nature is a classical white vinification, which only uses the free-run must. Long alcoholic fermentation with wild yeasts followed by spontaneous malolactic fermentation. The wine is bottled unfiltered, no sulfites added, unfined and without disgorging, while it is still fermenting (at approximately 10g of residuals sugars), to trap the ongoing production of carbon dioxide gas inside the bottle, leading to a gentle carbonation of a semi-sparkling effect.

The fermentation is not fully completed, resulting in a semi-dry wine, that has been matured for 5 months on its lees, before being released.

BE CAREFUL WHEN OPENING! The pressure inside the bottle is up to 3 bars - this wine is at risk of running over when opened, be careful and open slowly over a sink. You may lose some of the wine when opening - we do NOT! reimburse you if wine is lost when opening.

Medium yellow colour with a hazy appearance. Delightful citrus aromas on the nose as well as floral and brioche notes. On the palate, it has flavours of apple, lemon and elderflower, along with mineral notes. Pleasant, textured and rich frizzante palate.
