Eva Marie is a sommelier from Vinakademiet and has passed level 3 in the Wine and Spirits Education Trust (WSET).
She has a passion for natural wine and is fascinated by how for 8,000 years wine has been produced on nature's terms. Her primary focus on wine is the wonderful world of aromas and how to both smell and taste wine.
In the spring of 2022, Eva Marie held a lecture series at Folkeuniversitetet in Copenhagen on Wine and Health together with her father, who is a doctor. From time to time she gives tastings privately as well as professionally.

Eva Marie assists us in tastings  and is the woman in charge of our new Chapel Tastings, where you can come by and swirl, snif & sip a set of Greeks over a specific theme.
